AUCTION RULES
1. You must be 18 years or older to bid
2. Operators cannot bid for you without your name, address, and phone number.
3. The decisions of the auctioneers are final and will not be reversed.
4. KCOS reserves the right to withdraw an item any time before the auctioneer has announced it sold.
5. Items NOT picked up within 48 HOURS are subject to sale to the next highest bidder.
6. Making false bids is illegal and can be reported to the proper authorities.
7. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – All items donated to the KCOS auction are accepted in good faith and sold as such, thus KCOS TV does not assume responsibility and/or liability for the items and/or closures of businesses.
