Submit a 2-minute short horror film for a chance to have your film aired on PBS El Paso, Channel 13! Don't have professional camera? Use a smart phone! 

All films will be showcased during El Paso Libraries Teentober Fest on October 17 from 5-9 pm at the Judge Marquez Branch Library where winners will be announced. 

Only the top 3 will receive special prizes and the opportunity to be aired on PBS Channel 13. This is your chance to have your artistic work showcased and recognized while getting creative and enjoying the spooky season!
